We were in dire need of getting our website back up, and OrionK K came through when it mattered most. Our WordPress site was down, and we were scrambling, especially because we needed our subscriptions processed. Despite having minimal information to work with, he accessed our AWS setup, quickly assessed the situation, and fixed not only the main issue but also identified and resolved additional errors. His knowledge and understanding of our (admittedly messy) backend were impressive. Even with us freaking out, he remained calm, collected, and professional—explaining things in an educational way while working efficiently.
