July’s love from our clients
How we stacked up compared to last month
Hellooo Codeablers! Welcome to another edition of the Happiness Reports, highlighting our stats from the month of July!
Hopefully, you’ve had the opportunity to do a bit of traveling this summer; I know many of our team members, experts, and clients have been taking holidays and vacations around this time. I personally was blessed to have the opportunity to travel for 2 weeks with my family and it felt awesome to unplug!
It’s important to take time away from the computer screens and appreciate your family, your friends, nature, see new sites, and eat great food. If you haven’t taken any days off, please try to make time to turn off the screen. It’s really good for the mind and body and allows you to come back feeling refreshed and excited to get back to work!
The month of July was a great month for Codeable and it’s awesome to see how far we’ve come since July 2016.
Now that we have over a year of Happiness Reports, it’s been fun to look back at our stats compared to now. For instance, we have a 38.9% increase in the number of replies our team sent, a 37.3% increase in the number of closed conversations, and a 214% increase in the number of new conversations started by users!
What’s even more impressive though, I think, is that the number of paid and completed projects increased 29.9% while refunds have gone down 27% and our median average response time is still only 4 minutes.
I really enjoy looking at the numbers and seeing where we’ve been, where we are, and forecasting where we’ll be in July 2018!

What’s to come?
We are implementing a brand new app for screening our expert applicants and the initial tests are astounding! We just started using an app called Workable and it’s proving to be so much more efficient and effective at moving our applicants through the screening process, while ensuring an even higher level of quality throughout.
What does this mean for our amazing Codeable clients? Even more excellent developers ready to help with your projects!
Our previous process was cumbersome, involved many different moving parts, copying/pasting details from spreadsheets to different spreadsheets, incorporating Trello, and exporting lists and importing lists… It was not only a PITA, but it required so much time!
Now, the process is so smooth and so efficient! We’re still turning down 98% of all applicants, but we’re able to find the gold for our clients faster and help us keep up with our growing number of projects we’re getting posted!
I’d like to take a moment to thank our Codeable Review Team for getting this implemented so quickly and working so hard to screen all of these applicants. We truly appreciate all your help and for making a difference 🙂
Until next month… enjoy your day and we wish you (and your site) the very best!
