Bright and focused. We had initially focused in on a template that we liked, and thought the project would be modifying that template; they noted that their designer could do a custom template for us that would avoid implementation problems and be more effective in the long run. Their suggestions made good sense, and I believe they put us on the right track. (I've made quite a few mistakes in web sites, so it's a relief to meet people that know ahead of time where the problems will be so we can avoid them in the first place!)
