I was skeptical as I was scammed by Bluehost Design Services and had a very tight deadline to get my website complete and functional. This is my first time with Codeable and I recently had the pleasure of working with Deborah who is an incredible web designer, and I can confidently say that the experience exceeded all of my expectations. From the very first consultation, it was clear that Deborah is passionate about her work and committed to creating a website that perfectly reflected my vision and my business brand. Throughout the entire process, Deborah was incredibly responsive, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the website was everything I wanted and more. Deborah took the time to understand my business and my goals, which was to showcase my newly formed business in Miami during the first week of March at a national Expo, and she was able to translate my vision and goals into a website that is both visually stunning and highly functional. I was even on a URGENT deadline. Deborah and I hashed our exceptions and Deborah delivered ON-TIME! Deborah's attention to detail was impressive, and she never compromised on quality. She was also very patient with me through every round of edits, and worked tirelessly until I was completely satisfied with the final product. Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with the website. Deborah truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a talented, professional web designer. Unfortunately Deborah and I were not a great match. We had some communication issues that made work difficult. It was also hard to communicate in real time on a regular basis as there was a six hour time difference and my work day starts late and hers ended early. She did supply the deliverables but it took awhile for me to understand them as she ran reports on an older version of my website and we had to redo them and I needed 3-4 messages of clarification to sort out which were current.. While the baseline information she provided me was very helpful, she used proprietary software which means once I implement changes I won’t be able to measure my improvements on the same platform unless I keep working with her, which was not explained to me. It’s not a big deal, but overall all these small things add up. The last thing I’ll mention is that when she discovered my home page had been accidentally deleted she restored my whole site without checking with me. This was after I had updated a number of other pages. She then told me it was the only option, when in fact she had made backups. So We were able to fix everything but it was super stressful and it just seemed odd she would restore my site without checking with about what had happened. Deb dropped her price for me which was nice but I think it caused some friction as I imagine there was more work than she might have anticipated. The reports she did provide were very helpful and I’m very happy to have it for my next steps.

Deborah is very thorough, efficient, and highly knowledgeable about website design, and she created a start to launch for my new company website. I am thrilled with its final look and feel.
