Muntasir is very smart, but I wish he would do quality assurance of the work before saying it's ready. I had to QA the website numerous times and go back and forth with him to get it fixed. The best part is that he is professional and respectful and fixes the observations relatively quickly. He also adapts to my style. I am satisfied to have worked with him because he is very fast. And now I know his style of work requires lots of input. But once he has the information, he executes without hesitating.

Modified Heroic Knowledgebase default search functionality
Heroic Knowledge Base plugin has a chat widget with search functionality for knowledgebase articles. It can be embedded to any platform. My task was to dive deep into the core to alter the search results to display the categories instead of popular articles and show the search results in the format client wanted.
