I am not a tech savy person and needed some work done on my website. Santosh was patient and very helpful and used layman's terms in his communications with me to help me through the process. Once hired, my project was quickly completed within the specifications provided.

I am very pleased with the technical assistance provided by Santosh to complete my wordpress fix. Responsiveness: If 5 is the highest score for responsiveness then Santosh definitely gets a 5. Communication: Santosh also gets a 5 for communication. He explained what he was doing and very patiently helped me understand how to use this process. Overall score: Based solely on the two areas above, Santosh deserves an overall score of 5. My initial rating is because I had to pay almost $400 for work that took less than 45 minutes. I respect the cost of technology, but I would not be able to choose this platform for my larger website projects due to the cost.

Santosh is very accommodating and responsive. I am not a tech savvy person and found him to be very patient when explaining things that needed to be addressed. His patience was very much appreciated.
